theecloudd asked: hii i saw your post about funeral music... and i have thought about what music i want played at my funeral too and i only have one song... i want "send in the clowns" cause its like ill be making my exit but something or someone will be having there grand entrance it.... idk its kinda of confusing but i like your choice as well :]
Oooo, that’s a good one, very good choice! I thought of another one: from the movie Dr. Strangelove by Vera Lynn - We’ll Meet Again
This may sound a bit morbid, but as a life long music fan I’ve always thought about what songs I would want played at my funeral. It would mean a lot to me to have my own mix tape played at my funeral whenever I meet my maker. Hopefully that time is a loooong ways away, but these are the things that occasionally occupy the brain of a music nerd.

If anyone actually reads this, I’d love to hear back some other peoples’ funeral songs!
This is a quick solo guitar jam cover of Herbie Hancock’s chameleon I recorded. No overdubbing, just one guitar track
— Benjamin Britten
This is a song I recorded about 7 months ago. I can’t even describe the feeling of putting this one together. It truly just grew naturally and morphed into something totally different and personal. I think i’ll always be proud of this recording.

This song will get stuck in your head. From the Complete Mythology Boxset from the Numero Group.
I’m excited to be working with a booking agent (who was also my former bass teacher), getting together some duo jazz gigs for me and a great guitarist I’ve played with. I have a deep love for jazz, but haven’t had that many opportunities to do jazz gigs as of late.
